HN Trailer Use:
Drop & Hook Power Only Lane (short haul) with H&N’s Equipment 10% trailer fee to apply
Over the Road Power only Lane (OTR) with live unload (> 150 miles from origin) 15% Trailer fee and $250 trailer fee for reload to apply
No fees for carriers dropping their own equipment in our yard if trailer is dropped according to our 2025 Trailer Drop Policy
All trailers must be equipped with 2 load locks when dropped.
All trailers must be full of fuel when dropped.
All trailers must be washed out and clean when dropped at shipping location.
Driver Tracking:
Driver cell numbers must be provided to H&N, or access to ELD information for 4 Kites Tracking. No detention can be approved without Load Tracking.
All bids must be made in Canadian Funds.

These bids are all-inclusive, flat rates.

These bids are a base rate, not including fuel protection (Base Rate + HN Fuel Escalator)
